I did not feel I got the time, the direction or any knowledge of what to do to make my feet better in anyway. He asked what I'm doing at home for my issues. I told him the modalities I use. Obviously, if my modalities were working for me, I wouldn't have had to take unpaid time off from my job to come there to see Dr Hornstein. He's the expert but he didn't offer any suggestions to me on what to do to improve my foot discomfort which is seriously altering my lifestyle. I have plantar faciitis which has not improved at all in the ways I've been managing it. I was really positive Dr H would have some ideas for me like trying to use orthotics, cortisone injections, etc but he never mentioned any of it. My pads on certain toes are going flat, losing their fat and so are the balls of my forefeet but Dr never even looked there! He immediately saw the bone spur at the center of each of the tops of my feet and had the tech take me down & xray my feet. Says Arthitis, see u in 6 months. No help
