Dr. Haeder took the time to listen to my concerns, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and gave me the information I needed to feel confident moving forward with my upcoming surgery. I never felt rushed, and I appreciated his honest, thoughtful approach. He was also wonderful with my kids, taking the time to explain the shoulder models in the exam room and making them feel included. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. I highly recommend Dr. Haeder and Proliance Pacific Rim Orthopaedic Surgeons.

My son liked him a lot. He knew soccer and understood how to talk about his knee injury in that context of the sport. Thanks for breaking the news to him gently.
