One of the finest hip replacement doctors in the US. He is gifted with outstanding patient communication skills and pleasant in relating how a patients needs can be met.

From start to finish, I felt that I had excellent care. He is warm and kind, funny and friendly. I felt 100% comfortable with him and they communicated great throughout the entire process. His office staff and physicians assistant and care team are top-notch. I couldn’t believe how they took a stressful situation and made me feel at ease and cared for.

He dismissed my pain, and my injury. His explanation was the instability was all in my head. The only treatment he gave me was a second opinion at UW.

He was very aware of the pain I was in and was as gentle as he could be during the physical exam of my shoulder. If given the opportunity to rate higher than a 5 star I most definitely would have. Between my son and I we have been to Proliance 3 times. The only answer they ever give is exercise and physical therapy. I went in for shoulder pain in both shoulders. The exam caused me more pain than I was in when I got there because without warning the Dr pushed my arm way back. I ended up having to take some Gabapentin from my mom so I could sleep because of the shooting pain. The referral they gave me for physical therapy was only for 1 shoulder. I guess we just let the other one fall off. If all they are going to do is tell me to exercise then there is zero point in me going ever again. Regardless of what happens with my shoulder I won’t go back. I feel like they don’t believe us at all all and just think we are all lazy. I am sick of Drs who don’t listen to their patients at all. Dr Hader seems like a nice enough guy but I think the office just doesn’t want to actually help anyone. 6 weeks of no sleep because of no help is difficult at best.

I can not say enough about this office. Welcoming from the moment I walked through the door. My concerns were heard and taken seriously right away. I was sent for a cortisone shot and once it wore off I went back for a visit. Dr. Haeder took the time to realize I have done a check list of items that had failed me. He was on my side that it was time for surgery even though I did not fit in the “age range”.

He's a nice guy. But it took three times as long to do the computer stuff. As it did for the appointment. All my medical history is on the computer. Witch you can access in thirty seconds with my permission just like you did with my exrays that were done over a year ago. My time is worth more to me than you can ever imagine.

Dr Haeder has been excellent with both my teens who have had sports injuries. He has a way of telling them how it is while still empathizing with their frustration of missing games/activities. The only thing I didn’t appreciate is that he used a swear word in conversation with my son. I know my son has heard that word before but I don’t think it’s appropriate coming from a medical professional to a high schooler.

Dr Haeder has done such an exceptional job conservatively diagnosing my complex knee issue as well as going to bat for me with my insurance. I'm 1 week post-op ACL reconstruction along with some other significant reconstructions that needed to occur and this by far has been the most pain free surgery I have ever had thanks to his incredible narcotic-free protocol. So far I'm absolutely thrilled with the results. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and actually listens and explains thoroughly every question I threw at him!

Dr Haeder and his two assistants/scribes were excellent! They communicated well and were very friendly and approachable.

My husband felt rushed and unimportant to the Dr. Our concerns were brushed aside and discounted. Dr Hader seemed to only be concerned with surgery or cortisone shots, which my husband clearly stated was not an option. This was my first visit to see Dr Header. He was highly recommended by friends and colleagues and they were not wrong. He has a great personality and was very efficient and knowledgeable. Seems competent, but doesn't engage with his patient (myself) well. Didn't want to take the 5 minutes it would have taken to answer my concerns and have a conversation with me about options. Seemed in a rush though he was 45 minutes late for the appt and my concerns were beneath what he had already decided for me.

Awesome experience. He diagnosed my knee, got me in the next day for surgery and I am feeling a lot better. The only thing to think about in the future is if you have an issue, just pay for an MRI immediately so you don;t waste months on PT when it is obvious from and MRI that you need surgery. This is not Dr. Haeders issue. It's the crappy insurance companies.

Dr. Haeder, is an amazing surgeon who has twice replaced an anterior total hip replacement for me. My recovery time is cut in half with this procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Haeder for joint replacement!

It’s 30 hours after surgery and Haeder’s team still hasn’t gotten 4/5 scripts into my pharmacy. Leaving a patient without a way to get pain meds is not great, especially as I’m struggling to get in touch with the team. They’ve lied about sending the scripts in multiple times. I also don’t have any instructions for PT and am struggling to set up appointments. I’m astounded by the incompetence. Very, very disappointed in the lack of communication, accountability, and general capability in performing basic duties.

Very quickly Dr. Haeder diagnosed my problem and made a plan of action to help it. I’m glad I went to see him.

Dr Harder, is really nice. He has a a professional but sweet disposition.

He has a great personality and seems like a nice person. I am sure he is well educated. However, I didn't get any answers for my specific condition and left feeling like I"d wasted my time coming to the visit. Also, I waited 40 minutes until called back (20 minutes past my actual appt time) and then an additional 10 minutes in the exam room. I was on my work lunchtime and went way over my alotted time!

It has been 6 weeks since my hip replacement surgery and everything looks excellent. I couldn't be happier at this point. Dr. Haeder is very personable and concerned about how things are going. He is also very open about the surgery and recovery process. One major problem, however, is that the clinic's hip replacement manual lacks sufficient information related to the anterior approach and should be updated.

Dr. Haeder & entire experience was top shelf. I couldn't say enough about Paul's professionalism and/or my experience at Pacific Rim.
