We couldn’t be happier with our experience! The surgeon was incredibly thorough in explaining every step of the process, which gave us so much confidence going in. My husband had lip surgery after a Mohs procedure, and the results are truly remarkable—you can’t even tell he had anything done. The outcome looks completely natural, and the care we received was outstanding from start to finish. We are so grateful for the skill, professionalism, and compassion shown throughout the entire journey. Highly recommend!

I never saw the doctor. It took me about 6 years to get back around to seeing an ENT. I requested the best surgeon in office due to my complicated. Surgical needs. I was referred to Dr.Garlich and was told I’d be seeing him after Audiologist even on the morning of appointment. I saw a PA instead. She was great but Not Dr. Garlich who I made the appointment with. Had specific questions for him that were not answered. When I was told I was done, I asked, aren’t I going to to the The Dr.?
I was told oh, do you need to see him?
Tired of the whole PA bait & switch practice. You pay for a Specialist, you should see a specialist. Don’t mind see a PA for follow ups. Coming from a background of working by appointments, this is truly a bad practice to be told I could ask him questions on my next visit when I was scheduled to do so on my appointment.
$50 charge if I don’t show up to appointment without a 24 hour notice. Should I charge the office $100 fee for No Show Dr. & 3 hr. Waste of my time
