Very quick and efficient

Dr. Enns explained step by step what problems I could possibly have. He had images and showed examples comparing my x-rays to normal images. He patiently answered all of my questions.

I had a very long wait to see Dr. Enns (1 & 1/2 hrs) but once he came in he took the time to explain the procedures of the surgery I was going to have and listened to my questions and concerns. So I give Dr. Enns a 5 star rating for the time he spent with me.

My appointment was a great one. I believe I got the care and attention that was appropriate. Delighted with the outcome. I did have to wait a significant time to see the doctor... paperwork, x-rays, mri review... likely understandable.

My knee replacement with Dr. Enns was top notch! Just did my 3 yr check in and my knee looked great.

Both times I have seen Dr. Enns, I had to wait what seemed a ridiculous amount of time. When your appointment time is 9:30 and you don't see the doctor until after 11, it feels like no one values your time. I don't understand how someone can be that backed up that early in the day. I certainly couldn't show up that late to an appointment and have it be OK. Once Dr. Enns was available, he was personable and attentive, but it seems like something could be done about the scheduling/wait issue.

Dr. Enns must very good at what he does. He was so busy it took an hour and 15 minutes past appointment time to see him. BUT IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT. He was very thorough and took the time to explain my options of procedures.

I waited in room for 55 minutes before I saw the doctor. He took time with me but I did ask the nurse if I needed to reschedule.

I was fortunate to have been referred to him by my physical therapist. I find him to be kind and a great listener. Would refer him to anyone that is tying to find a doctor to replace a knee.

Dr Enns is very good to work with, very knowledgeable and confident and takes the time to really make sure you understand everything about what is going on. Complete Hip replacement that was flawless, I was actually up and walking unassisted back and forth to work within a week. Everyone was great.

If I didn’t like Dr Enns do much I wouldn’t go there. He is amazing!! The receptionist need to realize they have a job because of the patients. Customer Service sure lacked today!

Even though rehab transported my 90 year old mom 30 minutes late, Dr. Enns and his staff still saw her. They did not act like they were rushing and took the time to answer all my questions. Every experience has been excellent.
