Replaced both of my knees, great Doctor

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I especially like the fact that my appointment is important to them. I’m called back in a timely fashion and I see the nurse or assistant immediately. The doctor visits with me explaining everything in detail. He asks me if I have questions and takes the time to answer all my questions. They get things rolling and I’m out if there in about 30 minutes. That’s efficiency!!!

Great doctor/patient relationship. Very easy to talk with. Describes procedures and treatments on down to earth level.

A great physician! My knee was such a mess I was afraid I wouldn’t walk normally again. But I don’t need my walker anymore.

My experience with Dr Edwards went very well. He understood my pain. He read my charts and my x-rays etc, and came to a conclusion of what I needed. Concise and to the point. You can't ask for anything more from a doctor.

Dr Edwards has excellent bed side manner and always knows who I am and what all he has do for me. 2 hip revisions and 2 knee replacements. He is the very best !

Great Surgeon wish follow up were closer or could get x-rays at hospital forward to office with telephone or chats with doctor . Long Drive for people unless Necessary. But wouldn't go to any other doctor...

Dr. Edwards performed an anterior total hip replacement on me. He did an excellent job. He has a great bedside manner. He is friendly and professional and has done this procedure enough to be highly competent. His PA is amazing. She takes great care of her patients. I highly recommend Bowen Hefley Orthopedics to anyone needing a total hip replacement.

Great doc!! My hip replacement was a total success!!! Very pleased with all but pain management for first week….. long term pain sufferer and wasn’t given anything but my daily meds so no relief… After a week they were fine but absolutely no compassion for long term pain med patients!!

Poor ratings only because I had requested when I made to see Dr. Edwards not the PA. I was assured that would happen. Everyone was very courteous and pleasant. The sweet girl at the frond desk needs a raise for all she had to endure.

Second visit. Everyone was so upbeat Made me very comfortable. I’ll recommend Dr Edwards to everyone who may need knee replacement surgery. I couldn’t be happier.

Dr. Edwards was my surgeon through one of the hardest decisions and surgery I have had to have. After a very risky surgery, himself and his assistant/nurse made sure I was healthy and taken care of. I am having issues again with the area, not a cause from the surgery, but I know that I am in the best hands possible. To say that god works through their hands is an understatement.

Dr. Edwards and his P.A. Hannah have been so helpful, professional, knowledgeable and informative during this whole process. And kind, very kind! I was referred to him for hip replacement surgery, and I'm so grateful I was! His expertise has made me feel like I was in such great hands. I'm 2 weeks post op from surgery now, and feel confident the procedure went great and I'm progressing in my recovery process. While I have new temporary pains from surgery, the excruciating hip joint pain I suffered with for years is gone! Looking forward to being free from this, and my new life that's ahead with my toddler son. Highly recommend him and his team! Thank you!

Hannah, Allie & Maddie have been most helpful! I appreciate their coordinated efforts along with the after hours nurse in answering my questions, viewing photos and reassuring my concerns. Dr. Edwards has performed 2 surgeries for me and I would highly recommend him and his staff. He's attentive to your concerns and takes the time to answer your questions.

Dr Edwards was friendly and listened to the issues. He took time to review all available information and make a recommendation for me to proceed. I just wish I could get the surgery sooner. Three weeks was the 1st available date.

Would have not gone had I known he was in the UAMSC system. Would have not known until he mentioned the Dr I had seen last. I was subjected to unnecessary X-rays which were already done & in the system prior to Dr seeing me MCD was IMMEDIATELY notified of the FRAUD & are watching the case. I promise never to see him again. Will choose another Dr & assure he's not systematic

Dr. Edwards and his surgical staff are 10++! Had complications from prior knee replacement surgery and they truly saved my life. He removed infected knees and is still treating me now, as he re-inserts both for me. Without his quick response and quality care, I would either not be with my loved ones still....or would have lost both legs. I trust him to speak to me plainly and to the point...he gives it to you straight. I am blessed to have him and his staff taking care of me.
