Reffered to someone who would not see me and further referred to a nurse practitioner who could not see me for 5 weeks. Minimum period of complete immobility two and 1/2 months to see a nurse. Poor showing indeed.

He is so uncaring and actually his comments are quite so arrogant . Great surgeon yet bedside is awful. It’s as if he doesn’t want to be bothered with you. As a Surgeon he is great yet god forbid if you have an issue that you return for. I wish I had taped our conversation, I wonder if someone had been with me if he would have spoken to me the way that he did. Downright insulting to be honest. I will never recommend him to anyone.

I first saw dr fadale after a bad fall on black ice January 2021 resulting in a full thickness full width rotator cuff tear revealed by an MRI.I lead a very active lifestyle running a charter fishing /commercial fishing boat , and as real estate broker / manager and was unable to sleep or work properly.My surgery was at kettle point April 30th and here I am august 24th functioning close to normal as feeling great thanks to Dr Fadale’s RC surgical repair coupled with the outstanding physical therapy and coaching from Mark Murphy and Fran. I am so grateful to dr Fadale and his team and everyone I met and worked with at University Orthopedics for “putting me back together” . In my opinion they are the absolute best , I could not ask for better results and I could never say thank you enough. BW
