I had a herniated disc 4 years ago and managed to rehab it with shots and exercises but this time the shot didn't block the pain and I saw Dr. Clark and he was kind and compassionate and will not needlessly operate but agreed that my disc was in bad shape and he operated and I can't begin to tell you the relief I have felt since the surgery. So so much better. If you have ever had sciatica that is so painful, you understand. The procedure went well and he had to move the nerve aside that the disc was pressing on but the relief that has come is awesome. I would not hesitate to use him again. All the staff I spoke to were so kind and it's nice to actually get a person when you call rather than be sent to voicemail.

Took considerable time to explain and show me what the issues are with my neck, what caused them and what the options are to correct them.

Very straight forward. Very kind, explained everything. Gave good options and did not push anything. Offered to let me think it over. Was very willing to discuss everything. And didnt try to just rush me in and out.

Great Dr . He took his time to explain my situation. He didn't rush in and force surgery. Actually surgery wasn't an option. Center for Pain is fortunate to have him.

Dr. Clark was great. I went for a consultation and I really felt like he listened to me. He listened to my full history and took that into account when making his recommendations. He was my second opinion and was way better than the Doctor that i went to 1st, whom was highly rated in the country and leading the field. The 1st doctor lacked bedside manner and had already made his opinion based on little information. In my that consultation the other doctor literally argued with me 3 times about what my body was doing and interrupted me even more times. This was very concerning for someone I'm supposed to let do surgery on my spine. Dr. Clark however was amazing and i knew when I left that I felt comfortable and in good hands if I go forward with surgery. I can't give enough stars.

I had my first consult with Dr. Clark today. He was friendly and informative. He explained in easy-to-understand terms where the problems were and what could be done to address them. Even showing the MRI & CT images. And I was comfortable asking questions. Basically, my impressions were the same as others who have done reviews, and everyone I've spoken to. I can't schedule surgery yet because of further testing that needs to be done. But I will try to give a review after surgery.
