Apr-2024
Is Dr Maloof always this angry? I sought reassurance from him about my ankle replacement. After 3 weeks in a cast and 2 weeks walking with a cane, I am still in about as much pain as I was before the surgery. Dr Maloof seemed offended even angry that I would seek reassurance and ask him to examine my ankle. I'm still hoping and trusting that the healing will finally come for me. Someone should remind Dr Maloof that patients are hurting and may occasionally need his time.

He didn't help me at all. He just took my copay, authorized some topical cream, and sent me on my way.
The whole office is callous. The registration secretary at the front totally ignored me. When I tried to ask her a question, she blurted out a response and instructed me to sit down. The impersonable nurse who took me to the back room, hurriedly took my information, reviewed my medications, and quickly left. Needless to say, I ignored everything about this office (including taking the topical cream), called my recommending physician, and told her that I refuse to return to this office of the damned ever.
Jun-2023
Explained the results of my accident so I know what to expect. Listened to my questions.
May-2023
