Dr. Paul Anthony Scott, Sr., MD, is an esteemed urologist who has been a part of Urology Associates of Mobile since 2003. He provides excellent care to adults of all ages at the locations in Lucedale, Mississippi, and at Providence Hospital and Mobile Infirmary in Mobile, Alabama.
Dr. Scott is a native of Lucedale and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Mississippi in Starkville before receiving his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine in Jackson. He then completed his internship in general surgery and his residency in urology at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta.
During his time at Urology Associates of Mobile, he has conducted extensive research in trauma and critical care at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, as well as authored numerous publications on his findings.
Dr. Scott is certified by the American Board of Urology, Georgia Composite Medical Board, Mississippi State Board of Medical Licensure, and in advanced trauma and cardiac life support. He is proud to have been the former chief of surgery at Mobile Infirmary and former president of the Mobile Infirmary medical staff.
He is affiliated with several hospitals in addition to Infirmary Health’s Mobile Infirmary and Providence Hospital, including George Regional Hospital in Lucedale, Mississippi. He is also a member of the Medical Society of Mobile County, Medical Association of the State of Alabama, American Medical Association, and American Urological Association.
When Dr. Scott isn’t taking care of his patients, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and four kids.

Great Dr. explained everything in a way that that me and my wife explained. Would refer him to any needing a Urologist!!
I think he is a really good caring doctor but as with many practices they over schedule there time and wait times become long.
Well engage, good bedside manners well acknowledge about what he’s talking about understand what the patient’s talking about and I will be recommending him and I will be going back
