He was very abrupt, condescending, rushed, and assumed, based on his office summary, that I would not comply with his instructions. However, nothing I said or did would have indicated his rude viewpoint. In addition, I was not given any paperwork upon completion of my visit. I came in for a UTI, and was not given any results of the urine sample or office summary. And when the urine culture came back, I was not even notified. I had to make two trips back to the office to pick up the paperwork. But most of all, my visit with Dr Peller did not instill any sense of reassurance, comfort, or confidence.
