His staff and the facility were wonderful. The colonoscopy process went smoothly.

Dr. Mazanek is very personable and has a good bedside manner. Her explains things clearly and gives the opportunity to ask questions.

It would be nice if your physician spent more than a few minutes with you, both in the office prior to your procedure and certainly the day of the procedure. It leaves one feeling like they are on an assembly line of money and surgery.

We need more Drs like him with bons Secours however, we need to ride lol if the downtown ER and that non caring Dr,,that does nothing for you. He also treats you beneath him

The entire staff from walking in to being rolled out and all in between the ENTIRE staff made me feel safe and warm!!!! ( I was super cold) 😀 the main thing I noticed is that they all were very nice.
