Kennedy White has a wonderful reputation. From the people that answer the phone, check you in & out and of course the nurse have all been friendly, helpful & professional. Unfortunately, I can not say that for Patrick O’Neil. Though his credentials are impeccable is attitude, demeanor & behavior - which borders on outright rudeness - is reprehensible. He is perhaps the least caring physician I have ever met; perhaps I have been fortunate to have physicians both talented & caring. To say that he does not really care is an understatement. The friend I brought with me today was as astonished as I was.

I consider myself very fortunate to have been able to obtain a timely appt. with Dr. O'Niell. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and made me feel supported and confident in his diagnosis and treatment plan. As usual, Kennedy White is organized, and efficient. If I have any concern, it is that the constraints of modern medicine sometimes make me feel rushed.

Reason for 4 out of 5 was lengthy wait in the exam room. Longer than expected.

Dr. O'Neil was helpful as usual. An hour late to see him and he rushed through the appointment. Guess KWOC is raking in the dough . . . One issue, several employees were wearing thei masks incorrectly, not covering their noses. Many of the patients are vulnerable to the COVID virus and I believe, staff should strictly adhere to wearing their masks properly. BTW, I took pictures of some of the staff if you wat me to share.

Dr O'Neill is the very best! He did surgery on my broken ankle and dislocated foot - and then he told me what to do and what would happen. He was right on! I am now walking after 15 weeks with no assistance and my ankle feels great! He is a wonderful doctor. I recommend him to everybody!!

Wow! Super Impressive. I was referred to Dr. O'Neil by an area doc who said "you see him, no one else...he's that good." After my conversation with him, I now understand the cause of my feet pain, something no other Doc I've seen over the past 10 years was able to do. He also possesses excellent listening skills. Entire office, nurses and Doctor were exceptional

Dealing with an Achilles rupture/repair has been disheartening and frustrating, but working with Dr. O’Neill was truly a pleasure. I’m an active 34-yo female and was shocked by this injury and was also a total basket case in the early stages following repair. Dr. O’Neill listened to all of my concerns and soothed my anxieties, which I both needed and appreciated. I’m still a little early in recovery and am not yet running or jumping but so far the repair seems great and I’m very happy with how I’m progressing. Fingers crossed I have no more foot/ankle issues but if I do, I know where to go.

I can't rave enough about Dr. O'Neill!!! He is a very caring and wonderful Doctor. I was able to get relief for the pain in my foot because he took the time to find where it was emanating from and gave me two shots of cortisone in the right places on my toe. He also made sure to be gentle so there was very little pain with the shots. Thank you Dr. O'Neill.

Just found out that if I had a case to review with insurance for my foot, that I would have needed an x ray for a stress fracture that Dr. ONeill said that I had. I'm feel like he knew that's what it was, but still should have required an Xray to verify it.

In the midst of the Coronavirus, I arrived at the office to find absolutely no hand sanitizer available and patients not being required to wear masks. I realize that it is not against the law but you can require it if you so choose. That is the least of it. I was shown back to an examination room and all the nurses were wearing masks. In walks Dr. O'Neill with no mask, no gloves. He told me he felt fine when I asked him why no mask? His feeling fine is not sufficient and his attitude was awful..

Very professional, also spent quality personal time with me which is greatly appreciated and uncommon in today's medical world. I like his sense of humor. Gives a patient peace of mind as well as results. I enjoy the time even with a needle in my foot!

First visit with Dr O’Neill. and Kennedy-White Orthopedic. I was impressed they did the xray and he reviewed before he came in my room. So when he did come in we were able to get right to it. I found Dr. O’Neill empathetic to my pain. And since i have no broken bones he was able to give me ways to lesson the pain while it heals instead of just dismissing me. He has a good chairside manner and is humorous . I will definitely go to him again if the need arises and recommend him.
