My appointment was set for 10:30 and as I was new to Patrick Noud and it was requested that I arrive at the office 1/2 hour early. I arrived at 10 and waited to see the doctor for 2 hours. Not one person came into the exam room to let me know the doctor was detained. Once I got to see the doctor, he came in with 3 students and I was examined and methods of treatment were discussed. The doctor said in his defense that this was not an ordinary day. If that is so , wouldn't it be a courtesy to the patient to let them know there is going to be a delay?

He was very conscious in making sure my injury was taken care of quickly.

I really like Dr Noud, he did a great job with my surgery but I found him to be very hurried & distracted at this visit. If I wouldn’t have asked questions I would have went home doing & lifting anything I wanted when I actually still have restrictions for 6 more weeks. He apologized & thanked me for asking questions. I also realize everyone is human & I have no idea what else he had on his plate that day. It just reinforces the need to ask questions no matter the circumstances.

Dr. Noud took over my shoulder case after 2 failed surgeries by another surgeon. He was very informed, caring, and when Covid hit to delay our reverse shoulder surgery, I received regular phone calls from Dr. Noud personally.
