he acted very obviously irritated with me when I told him I did not take the medications he previously prescribed for me because they had very concerning side effects, such as nightmares and hallucinations.

very. dismissive cut you off in the middle of trying to explain your symptoms. Seems annoyed when you are talking about symptoms which I don’t think a doctor should be that way
likes to give medication without really knowing what the condition is
as a. patient. I’m very dissatisfied. It’s bad enough as a patient. You have something wrong with you but the last thing you need is a doctor to dismiss you.
