The doctor is great, but the appointments don't mean a thing. We have to wait 45 minutes or an hour to get called back and still wait for the doctor to come in. I appreciate the fact that He takes time with each patient but needs to space out the appointments so as not to keep people waiting so long and getting upset. Appointments mean scheduling. Please.

I like Dr. Murphy but the wait is way to long! I had the first appointment of the day and waited 1 hour to be seen and had to return to work without being seen. This wasn't the first time to have to wait a long time which is why I picked the first appointment. Will not be back.

Dr.Murphy makes me feel like I’m “his” patient, not “a” patient. People may complain that the wait time to see him exceeds their appointment time, but that’s because he invests the time it takes to make an informed diagnosis once you’re in the examination room. That may take more time than expected. He’s never reached for the door and opened it while I was speaking, cuing me that my time was up. I appreciate his attentiveness.

Best doctor ever!

He’s a great doctor but…. the wait time is awful you wait 45 minutes in the waiting room then you wait another 45 minutes in the exam room for a 5 minute visit. Smh. But he’s a great doctor!!!

He listened and was professional

I didn't see the doctor for over 90 minutes after being placed in the exam room. I was very, very late to work. No staff came to tell me what the delays were or check on me. Very frustrating

I called 3 x over the past 2 weeks with questions/concerns regarding a new medication he put me on. As of today, 08/21/2023 I still haven't heard from his office. Furthermore, my husband had a follow up appointment today 08/21/2023. We sat in the office over an hour waiting to be seen. After an hour and 15 mins, the receptionist said "his rooms were full". Stop over scheduling if you can't keep up with the demand. Ridiculous!

Top drawer! Our GP, 30+ years retired and we were at a loss. After several recommendations of Dr. Murphy, by friends and family, we decided to give him a try. So glad we did.

Today was off for Dr. Murphy as he is always prompt and on time for patient visits. Today took a while wait. Dr. Murphy is always attentive, listens very well. Show genuine concern for me. He allows me to have lab work done the day before to go over it while I am there in the office. He checks and makes sure that I've had all my doctor visits and annual visits for other procedures. He takes his time with me. Never feel rushed! I like Dr. Patrick Murphy.
