Very pleased with my visit with Dr. Jones. He was very professional, understood exactly what was happening from the MRI report and helped me to understand it better. Made a plan for surgery that’s already been scheduled. Very pleased with the visit.

Methodical in procedure, but lacked eye contact and did not come across as personable. Seemed focus on gathering just enough information to reach a conclusion without actually understanding the reason for my visit or what I hoped to accomplish.

You heard him outside the room speaking of my last name; He came in the room with a plan, wasn't interested in hearing where my pain was coming from...he only wanted to do strength tests and give me a plan. No questions as to "what makes the pain worse/better" or any other concern. Appointment was quite disappointing to be honest.

while I felt Doctor Jones was extremely kind and helpful.. my one negative comment.. he prescribed an anti inflammatory.. when I asked if it would interact with my prescription meds for BP, thyroid, and cholesterol, he told me to check with my GP .. I gelt that was not a proper answer considering he is a physician he should have been able to reassure me one way or another as a doctor he should be aware of how meds react

It was a great initial experience from the front desk encounter to the visit with Dr. Jones. In fact, it was far superior to my experience with another ortho at a different practice. I look forward to my next visit with Dr. Jones.

He talked to my daughter (16), listened to her input and discussed options with her. He engaged the person that is having the issue, not just the parent. Outstanding first impression!

I was not appreciative of the fact that I could not be helped, didn’t really make sense that I was being denied a procedure I was previously cleared on. This also prevented any discussion of my current state, so I didn’t even get to discuss that I had been in the er earlier this week and was denied the procedure there as well. Weird that I was allowed to cry and have a full on panic attack in the office without anyone acknowledging it. Thanks for the no charge though I guess, but it should be communicated with both offices how to handle that

Dr, Jones is extremely professional, the staff at Assension St Vincent were amazing , However the staff for Souteast orthopedics were absolutely terrible, my surgery had been scheduled for May 1 but I couldn’t have it on that day because I was checked in two different hospitals at the same time I called the office and a guy named Anthony said he would call surgery center and get is squared away, I waited and waited and no one called, so I took manners into my hands and called myself , I was then informed that no one had called from the office, I finally had surgery today, every one asked if I had picked up my prescriptions for post surgery, I said I had , every one told me of the importance of starting my antibiotics right away ,guess what? No such thing!!!!!so I again called told the what the problem was, I was then assured that someone from your office would call me straight away because she had put on an urgent request, so it’s now 9:43 still waiting, No antibo

Possibly the best exam/advice given for an injury sustained over six years ago, that was never suggested by any of the other Orthopedic Doctors (albeit Military) that I had previously seen regarding it.

Dr seemed disinterested in actually finding what was wrong with my knee, and more of it's not surgery so I can't deal with it. He pressed my left side of knee and asked if there was pain I said some and immediately said it's from my veins. I told him that's not where my majority of pain is and he discredited it to it being from actual knee problems. He then stated I would recommend a vein dr, but I don't know any. Not a good experience considering everything. I don't want pain men's, I want to know why my knee is in pain.

Dr. Jones wasted no time in deciding what the problem with my should was after a number of manipulations and reviewing the xrays. He ordered one more test and expects to have a firm diagnosis after the MRI. Very professional.

During the visit he kept making a face as if I was completely incorrect for the feeling I had in my shoulder. He also barely examined my shoulder as if it wasn't necessary because he had already seen the MRI. This made the experience extremely uncomfortable. I have complete body awareness, my shoulder was not minor discomfort and how a Dr. look at their patients and discredits their concerns is unprofessional to say the least. I had to ask him if he even wanted to look at my shoulder. When he did, he seemed unphased as if there was absolutely nothing wrong and he seemed as if it was strange I was even there. I drove 1hr and 23 minutes to the Fleming Island location after seeing other drs. who were concerned and highly recommended I see a specialist.

It felt like because it was a workman’s comp claim it wasn’t taken seriously. When I tried to explain that I have swelling in my ankle and it hurts to use my leg I was ignored

After waiting an hour and 45 minutes Dr.Jones enter’s the room to shake my hand asking what shoulder is it( I would think he would say thank you for patiently waiting) as I sat there waiting I can hear other patients saying have they forgotten about me on the other side of the door.

Patrick did a great evaluation and set me up with a shot that immediately alleviated some of the pain. He also set up physical therapy that should help moving forward.

This doctor seemed ok. The appointment was so quick and he seemed so rushed. My concern is..if I tell you I am in pain, I have taken 5 -6 advils a day for 3 weeks and you prove that I am dealing with real issues, do something more to help! I have been suffering and all the could tell me was take more advil. I had to go back and ask if that was truly safe. Only then did he suggest steroid pills. Then to make matters worse, I left the appointment still limping and hurting to call the pharmacy and the prescription is not even there! Total fail so now I have to wait to Monday morning to call the office again to get the prescription filled. Oh and get this my next appointment for a doctor is in a week and a half and the pain management appointment is in a month! What an experience. I wish I could say I was joking but no, I brought a new bottle of advil and at 5- 6 a day with no relief for 8 more days seems like I may go crazy. They couldn't care less. Hope you are never in this situation.
