Dr. Higgins it’s been my retina doctor for 15 years. I can say that he is a great Doctor Who keeps abreast of research all the time to help me with my issue as well as find the correct diagnosis for my vision loss. He is also a very good man who listens and has treated my mom as well as myself. As long as he is working at what he does I will continue to see him hopefully very very long time. His office staff are friendly and very professional as well spot on with doing their jobs. Everyone is efficient even though you have to wait a long time to get through the appointment. They say that good things are worth the wait. As far as good appointments with a retina specialist he is definitely worth the wait, apparently a lot of other people in the office feel the same way because that office is always very busy. I know it sounds weird but Dr. Higgins you totally rock. It is a great office which I would highly recommend.

In 1957 I ad eye surgery and was left with very limited vision. In addition, my parents were told that the vision would never improve. Corrective lenses were useless. Dr. Weinberg recommended Dr. Higgins to remove my cataract and give me back additional vision. He did just that. He is an incredible surgeon.

The doctor himself is good, he is knowledgeable, good bed manners. But the office is horrible. If I just could give them negative 5 I would. There are way too many people just standing around doing nothing , I saw the guy was looking at dogs on a computer! I spent there 2.5 hours for just a consultation! I think I would have spent more time there if I did not complain aloud.

I have been going to Dr Higgins for many years. He has taken excellent care of my eyes. Now with all the restrictions with the virus his office is tip top clean. Office is run very efficiently. Dr. Higgins is personable and extremely knowledgeable. I am confident with Dr. Higgins treating my eye problems.

Sometimes there’s a wait however that’s part of going to a A physicians office. That is never my concern because Dr. Higgins is worth the wait. He has done wonders for my eyes. And the staff is very nice also. II can’t say enough about how great

Dr. Higgins gave me hope that my cloudy vision can be fixed. He made me feel comfortable to use him as my surgeon. However, the wait time to actually see dr is too long. I waited almost 2 hours for both my visits, which is excessive.
