Dr. Patrick J. Casey, M.D., is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon at Concord Orthopaedics specializing in sports medicine and athletic injury care. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Middlebury College before receiving his Doctor of Medicine from Dartmouth Medical School.
Dr. Patrick J. Casey, M.D., completed his general surgery internship and orthopaedic surgery residency at the Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia, followed by a prestigious fellowship in Orthopaedic Sports Medicine at the American Sports Medicine Institute in Birmingham, Alabama. A Diplomate of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, he is an active member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the New Hampshire Medical Society, and the New Hampshire Orthopaedic Society.
Dr. Patrick J. Casey, M.D., is deeply integrated into the athletic community, having served for two decades as a Team Physician for the New Hampshire Fisher Cats (the Double-A affiliate of the Toronto Blue Jays) and as a team physician for numerous local high schools. He is affiliated with Concord Hospital, Catholic Medical Center, Derry Surgery Center, the Orthopaedic Surgery Center, and the Haitian Health Foundation. Widely recognized for his clinical excellence and compassion.

Dr Casey is not only very knowledgeable but has the ability to put patients at ease. He explained every aspect of my possible condition and a plan of treatment. Allowed me to ask questions and answered in a way that was understandable. I look forward to future interactions as we move forward with my treatment
Great doctor
Dr. Casey is a true Gentleman, and has certainly mastered his craft. His bedside manor is second to none, and he goes out of his way to make certain that his patients/their families a very well cared for through the entire process. Some folks have been fortunate to find where they truly belong in their occupation, and this seems to ring true for Dr. Casey. He is always such a pleasure to deal with, and always brings his best to every encounter.
