He came in greeted me and acted like he truly cared. He explained everything very clearly. I was quite comfortable and relaxed.

He was very short and rude. He didn’t allow me to fully explain what the issue was that I was there to be treated for. He made me believe my insurance plan wasn’t good enough to receive quality care. He minimized my nose injury as if I was wasting his time when I was referred to him by another doctor who stated that it was a serious matter. I was very uncomfortable and treated unfairly. It was my first visit to this office and it was very distasteful, unprofessional, and unpleasant because of him.

As was the case 6 mos ago Dr Bockenstedt removed wax and was very careful and gentle. Quite personable too

Dr. Bockenstedt was kind and friendly, but he felt a bit lax. I came to see him for an issue that I’ve been dealing with since I was a child (I actually came to OhioENT about a decade ago and was told that I have enlarged adenoids and narrow nasal passages, and that this was likely the source of my difficulties breathing out of the nose). I left the appointment feeling more like I must be dealing with placebo, because he didn’t really validate my condition or express much empathy for what I was dealing with. I left with no real baseline on the level of abnormality, and was told I can see a plastic surgeon about a potential rhinoplasty. My primary feedback would be to put yourself in the patient’s shoes, to ask more questions to understand their symptoms, and to most importantly validate or at least verbally recognize how their lives are being affected. I didn’t really feel like what I was dealing with was taken seriously, and left more confused that maybe I’m in my head about it.

I went to the Ohio ENT allergy position on Bethel Road I'm still not better I'm busy I guess the testing went all right I am death in one ear I'm right here I'm still waiting on an MRI testing wish I haven't heard anything from anybody I'm still not able to go to work I see my family physician today I have trouble with the FMLA my doctor isn't feeling the paperwork out right she's missing page 3 question 3 and 7 she's not answering right so they're denying all the days I have had taken off to the point where my job is in jeopardy because of paperwork is not filled out I have a supervisor that's pissed off because I can't get my paperwork feel good out

I had salivary stones in my mouth that were causing me uncomfortable pain, I had surgery with Dr. Bockenstedt and he removed the stones along with the debri although I was a bit difficult since I had scarring created he did a phenomenal job! Thank you Dr!!
