Dr Truong has excellent bed side manera. He explained everything before my procedure. I did not experience any pain or discomfort. I had the best service experience this time. My procedure was successful and I am grateful to have been treated by Dr. Truong.

I Was thankful he was so thorough explaining everything to me. And after the procedure, he came back to check on me and explain me the results.

The doctor and the staff there at San Dimas hospital were all very good. Communication was on point. I knew what was going on at all times. I didn’t care for the text reminders sent it was different from original appointment scheduled to what I was called on a week before procedure. I called the number provided to confirm and the answering service couldn’t or didn’t want to relay the message. I told her I was told to be there at 6:45 am and just received a text to be there at 8:30 . Had she placed the call it would’ve been communicated to go based on what was told over the phone. She said go based on the last message which was 8:30 I showed up at 7:45 to get a call that they’ve been waiting for me since 6:45. Luckily they still went through with procedure and the nurse told me the text messages aren’t inaccurate to based on was was told. FYI
