The review is simply for the doctor as the staff has some issues to deal with regarding communication, empathy and care. Dr. Truong is amazing ! I appreciate his sitting and listening and asking questions being very thorough with me. He asked why he had not heard from me in months I mentioned somebody on his staff was looking at my messages for months and never responding. He has been kind. The doctor has called me to check on me as the doctor again noticed I was late to an appointment which I’m never late to an appointment. I just never knew I had one because somebody again didn’t tell me till I called.. so I appreciate him very much. His level of care is superb.

Hi from Kelly Murillo He's is patient and caring. He went over the foods and drinks I should avoid. I reached out today by call to ask if he put in my refill like he said he would. But Im not sure if they were being sent to CVS on arrow hwy in azusa Ca. or at TLC pharmacy in W.Covina Ca. if you get this msg text me back where my refills will be sent. Also he said eventually I will not have to take the meds. If you can text me a date when the meds will stop so I will know ahead of time. He said too when it's time for my next colonoscopy the office will reach out to me. Thank you Kelly murillo
