Dr. Patricia Terp is great at explaining routine care, but my complex case went completely unresolved. I scheduled explicitly for dangerous adult-onset double vision linked to a childhood strabismus surgery. Despite explaining this thoroughly over the phone and to the nice assistant, it fell on deaf ears. After waiting a while for Dr, The rest of my appointment focused heavily on Dr teaching a medical student, (which I didn’t mind) but, the only advice I left with was an unsafe recommendation to go to hardware store and buy some yellow nighttime glasses." This does absolutely nothing to treat my diplopia (double vision) or Strabismus (eye misalignment.) The Dr and staff are very pleasant, but I felt that specialized care fell dangerously short to say the least!
