Dr. Terp is wonderful. Scheduling is a real problem. I had the same appointment time and doctor as the lady next to me. I was almost an hour late getting to see the doctor. Not acceptable.

I recently had an appointment with Doctor Terp, it was Friday December the sixth at 2:40 I knew from a text that you are under staffed. The visit was on time and all went well until I was given her diagnosis of macular degeneration I knew a little about it but not much. I know it was Friday and everyone was ready for the weekend, but after a google search I found this disease leads ultimately to blindness. Upon getting her diagnosis all I remember was her telling me “I know you don’t smoke and I wouldn’t advise you start, maybe the Mediterranean diet would help, and see you in a year. I would hope if giving that diagnosis to a family member she would lay out a plan that we will follow. And maybe an assessment of her diagnosis and where we are starting from.

Had to wait forever.

Waiting in exam room about an hour and once examined felt rushed.
