Very kind, through with exam and took time to explain questions!
Why didn't she wear gloves when giving me eye drops?
Very nice and pleasant staff.
Thorough, kind. Knowledgable. Great care. Highly recommend.
Very friendly and knowlegable
Very friendly Staff and professional service…Dr Dickey is awesome
Super friendly and thorough
She great, answers any questions I may have and.tells me how I'm doing, I feel very comfortably with her and her team
Dr Dickey is extremely knowledgeable. She is not very chatty. And it can come across as disinterested. She seemed to be in a rush and while I didn’t have any concerns during this visit, I felt like I was being brushed off and hurried out the door. Even the scribe in the exam room was distant and not very warm. The front desk staff was the complete opposite. They were terrific (Monika in particular). Unfortunately I am limited to eye doctors based on my insurance, so I will stay, but reluctantly.
New patient and very satisfied with Dr. Dicket; very professional, friendly and thorough. Will be a returning patient.
