Competent, Informative and friendly. What else does a patient need?

Exam was ok. Office processes are very inefficient, wastes much patient time. I was there for an hour & 50 minutes for a 25 minute exam. Patient flow needs to be redesigned.

Pleasant and seemed competent but she didn't explain what she was doing until I asked. Too busy to answer a question that concerned me.

Long story - I moved to Chester County 4 years ago. Have had a terrible time trying to find an optometrist who would give me a complete, thorough eye exam. Went to 3 doctors. One exam lasted 5 minutes. In two other exams the optometrist did not dilate my eye or give me a glaucoma test. ( I am 69 y.o.) Then I met Dr. Dickey. Wonderful experience. Thank you.

I am a new patient and Dr. Dickey was friendly, welcoming, and professional. I received a very thorough eye exam.

Dr. Dickey needs to learn how to listen. While I was trying to explain to her my reasons for being there, she kept up a constant stream of unhuhs and oks without a break. This was the second time I saw her, but I will not see her ever again.
