Professional and thorough. Nice office and technically excellent.
My visit with Dr Ruiz was very helpful . She was informative and if I need anything I feel comfortable with calling on her again.
Kind, caring, efficient, thorough and very knowledgeable. Identified my problem quickly and solved it. I hope that she becomes my only eye doctor in the Ocala Eye practice.
Very nice and personable and knowledgeable
Dr. Ruiz explained the results of my eye tests very thoroughly and was. very personable. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Ruiz.
Very impressed. I liked her so much that I went home to see if I could get my 7/23 eye check up with her. Unfortunately she mainly works out of dunelleon.
Very personable. I didn't spend much time with her so I can't make any further thoughts
She's very thorough and personable. I feel lucky to have her.
Ocala Eye is an assembly line. Very poor on being customer focused. Techs who know their single eye test only. Don’t even read customer background. Waiting area. First test. Waiting area. Second test. Waiting area. Doctor examining room for ten minutes before actually seeing the doctor for approximately 4 minutes. Doctors’s tech had a very large chip on her shoulder. Poor attitude towards patients. Overall a bad, stressful experience.
Dr Ruiz was so kind it was my first time visit with her II am so glad I see her every 6 months and Dr Polack every 6 months. I know I am in good hands they care about my eyes.
