Dr Ruiz was actually fine, however, I assume it was her assistant who , on a Friday afternoon, forgot to submit my Brimonidine Tartrate prescription to the pharmacy. Since t is for high pressure in my eye, I would say thst was a big miss. Fortunately, your after hours emergency person was able to submit it for me. There is absolutely no excuse for such an error.
I enjoyed seeing her, She’s a very nice person!
