Dr Ruiz was very professional, efficient and friendly. This was the first time I met her, she took time with my exam and did a very good job.

My problem with my eyes is allergies - unknown & I’m quite aware of my exposures… Having reacted to the original ointment she prescribed, I’m now trying another (which the pharmacy does not have … maybe Mon)

Dr. Ruiz is amazing. She spoke to me through the exam and told me what she was seeing and what it meant. She was extremely patient and helpful through my whole ordeal and set a treatment plan to help me. She set a follow up appointments to ensure the treatment works or make changes as needed.

The appointment was on time. I began my testing immediately after being met by a staff member who began my testing. After the testing I met with the doctor who performed an extensive examination of my eyes. I was very happy with the staff and the best eye exam I've had in 3 years.

I was really worried about my eye when I went in for the visit. She really put me at ease. Finding out I had an abrasion on my eye. Gave me drops and it's doing great!

This was the first time I saw Dr. Ruiz. I liked her and she was very professional and confident. However, I did not ‘see’ the doctor until 2 hours past my appointment time. Sadly, Ocala Eye has become a mill.

After meeting with Dr. Ruiz I found her answers lacking- did not share information as had earlier visits with different doctors. Also was dismayed that she is an Optometrist as opposed to an ophthamologist . Further dismayed that I would not be seeing my original surgeon for my last visit but dr. Ruiz once again. I believe that one should leave the dance with the date you came with. I would prefer to see him for my last visit.
