The reviews listed below were collected independently of Raleigh Neurology Associates through rater8. Each review represents an authentic and verified patient experience.

The provider had horrible bedside manners. She walked into the room with her head buried in her laptop and barely made eye contact with me until it was time to perform the examination. I felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a patient whose concerns deserved attention. After reading the previous reviews, I decided to give the provider a chance and form my own opinion. Working in healthcare myself, I understand that patient experiences and perceptions can vary for many reasons, some of which may be outside a provider’s control. Because of that, I don’t typically let negative reviews determine my decisions. Unfortunately, this was a big mistake. This was one of the most futile medical appointments I’ve ever had, and I left feeling like my time was completely wasted. I did not feel heard, valued, or confident that my concerns were being taken seriously. Bedside manner and communication matter, especially when patients are seeking answers about ongoing health issues.

Dr. Naslund is amazing! She takes time with you, acts like you’re the only person on her schedule and it’s so thorough. I honestly have never had a better experience with any doctor or business. They have nursing that answers the calls during the day if you need them, and they have always been responsible for anything as possible and I couldn’t ask for a better care.

It was a horrific experience and her behavior made me feel worse, I wish I had never gone to the appointment. She overreacted to my service dog, who sat calmly on the floor and didn’t go anywhere near her. She put no effort into listening to me, reviewing my history or discussing my presenting issues. It was a waste of money, the worst example of healthcare, and it was very discouraging. On paper, she appears to have excellent training and education, however she has absolutely no interpersonal skills. Perhaps she should stick with research, but she shouldn’t interact with patients. I would suggest she never sees a patient, ever, with a service dog. Don’t let her qualifications on paper be the reason you see her. Read her reviews online first.
