Dr Kao, was professional, informative and personal. I only saw her briefly but feel she is very efficient and trustworthy.

I barely remember her. I think she talked to me briefly after the procedure, but I was coming out of the protocol, so I my recall is poor. She introduced herself at the start of the procedure and had me sign a couple of documents. The RNs, nurse anesthesiologist (Eric), and CNA were all helpful. I recommend not having patients sign docs in the procedure room. It feels rushed and I was in an awkward position to see them clearly since they were electronic and on a heavy tablet. I also didn't have my glasses with me. All documents should be signed in the prep room, supervised by the RNs.

Didn’t ask if I had any questions and when I asked one as they were leaving they seemed annoyed by it. I waited almost two months to be seen and felt pretty dismissed. All other interactions with staff were great, especially the lab.
