My whole experience with Dr. Desai and his entire staff was positive. At first, I had difficulty scheduling my first appointment. After that, everything went as smooth as possible. It appears as though I will have several appointments. I trust Dr. Desai and his staff.

I told him that I have had the pain in my right testicle since 1984. I never had any problems with my back until 2000.
He said he would refer me to Pain management because he still convinced it’s because of my back and I’ve had just had a back surgery to fix that problem and it still hurts. Then he said he would refer me to Pain management and ask me how to do it with the VA. I told him he needs to send a referral for a Pain manager.
A few hours later, I got a call from his nurse and she said that he told her to tell me he doesn’t do referrals so I’m canceling my final appointment and never going back
