This is the second time I have had to wait to see Dr. Singh for at least 45 min past the start of my appointment time.
Today, he walked into the room at 9:53. I am expected to arrive 15 min before my appointment, I think it's only fair that I not wait 45min + to see the Dr.
It was 9:21 before I was called back. It was 9:30 when I began waiting after having vitals and an egg. So I sat for another 20 min before seeing the Dr. for about 7 min.
I have a schedule too, and almost had my kid to school for a final exam late.
I know there are other patients. Space appointments out further. Although if he's only talking to me for 7 min, I'm not sure what the delay is in getting to me.
