He performs a range of minimally invasive surgeries including bladder and prostate removal, nephrectomy, partial nephrectomy, urinary tract reconstruction, as well as advanced endoscopic and percutaneous removal of complex kidney stones. Dr. Kalra joined Academic Urology in 2005 and is board certified by the American Board of Urology. He has authored numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals and remains actively involved in educational activities in the field. He has been named a “Top Doctor” in numerous issues of the Main Line Today magazine and most recently was named a “Top Doctor” in 2020 in Philadelphia Magazine.
