She asked a lot of questions and help me do a lot of test.

Really great physician and a great staff, she listens, leaving her office I felt like I was on my way to improving my health,so glad I chose her.

I was called after my labs and was told I needed to make an appointment to talk about my thyroid and high cholesterol results (never have had this before)When I asked her about my results, she dismissed them as "normal". She was very condescending towards me and seemed to be unfamiliar with labs she had ordered for me, and even the results I was there to discuss. I left work early and raced to my appointment, only to be told that everything was fine and my problem was my mood?

Dr. Simmons took time to go over my history and discuss all pertinent issues.

Dr. Simmons is always straight forward and honest with me. Visits are very productive with decisive actions / referrals provided.

Always helped us feel Important and valued as a patient.

My first time with the Doctor, she seems very knowledgeable about my problem and gave me good information on what to do to relieve the problem and medication for it

I like her and she's always been a 5 star but my latest visit had to be a black mark She was informative as to my condition but lacked empathy for the excessive wait time . Her time is valuable I know but mine should be a part of the equation '

Did not feel rushed. She listens to everything. She reiterated my concern and gave me excellent guidance. Did I say that I didn’t feel rushed! I highly recommend her to others that feel like a number.

Pamela seems a bit insensitive to lgbtq+ issues. It wouldn’t hurt her if at minimum, she was a bit kinder.

Dr. Simmons is thorough and asks questions, offers her opinion, answers all my questions, and has guided me through a very difficult time in my life. I am trust her knowledge and expertise. So glad I switched my primary care physician to her.

No bedside manner, didn’t seem too care about my concerns, seemed bothered that I was even there, not friendly...I will not be back, and will not recommend , waited a long time in the room as well

Doesn’t care for patients emotional needs at all. Rushes through visits and rolls her eyes . No compassion, terrible bedside manners. Will be seeing a different doctor next time.

Although have been a patient since 1992 at RFMG, I was treated as if this was my first visit. No acknowledgement of any prior medical history.

Will never go back to this doctor again. Makes you feel stupid and doesn’t care about your concerns.
