Page Axley, MD

Dr. Page Axley, M.D., is a board-certified gastroenterologist committed to providing comprehensive, patient-focused care at the Surgical Clinic, PC. The clinic serves patients in Auburn, Opelika, and the surrounding counties in Alabama.

Dr. Axley earned her medical degree from the University of Central Florida College of Medicine and completed both her residency and fellowship in gastroenterology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). She specializes in treating Barrett’s esophagus, Crohn’s disease, IBS, liver, and pancreatic diseases and offers preventive services such as colon cancer screening. Dr. Axley is dedicated to helping patients manage and overcome both chronic and acute gastrointestinal issues with compassion and clinical expertise.

Previously practicing at Gastro Health in Pensacola, Florida, Dr. Axley brings her experience and passion for GI health to the Auburn/Opelika area, where she looks forward to building long-term relationships with her patients.

In her free time, Dr. Axley enjoys spending quality time outdoors with her husband, Dr. John Axley, and their daughter, Eleanor.
