P. Gordon McLemore MD

Dr. P. Gordon McLemore, M.D., has dedicated himself to improving women’s health. He strives to meet the needs of his patients during every stage of their lives in a personal and compassionate manner. Having lived and traveled around the world and the United States, he is able to work empathically and communicate effectively with women from all cultural and ethnic backgrounds. He speaks fluent Spanish and conversational Japanese. He received his medical degree from Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia, where he was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society for providing exceptional patient care. He completed his training in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Hawaii, where he was recognized for his leadership and excellence in teaching.

While in private practice in Las Vegas, Dr. McLemore is dedicated to promoting vaginal births and was recognized in 2018 by HPN insurance company as the provider with the lowest c-section rate in the city. Additionally, he serves as a faculty member, teaching physicians in training the art and specialty of obstetrics and gynecology at Mountain View Hospital. He dedicates his gynecological practice to providing minimally invasive surgery options.

He is the father of three energetic boys and an avid baseball and soccer fan. He also enjoys running, reading, and eating all types of food in his spare time. As your physician, he will work with you hand-in- hand to ensure you are well-informed about your health care options and that you receive the best care possible.
