He has my complete trust.
I was very impressed with the whole team . Everything from efficient check in to carefully placed IV upon my request to avoid scar tissue area from previous blood donation to warm blanket to careful listening to my concerns from Dr. Jones. It was all done with compassion and efficiency. My only complaint was that I was sent incorrect information about prep for my EGD . I was told to have a liquid diet 24 hrs prior to the procedure and even assured this was correct when I called to double check. Upon arrival I found out that the information given was wrong. All in all a minor inconvenience.
I have recommend Dr jones to several friends . I love that he listens to you and takes his time with you !

Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient with questions

Dr. Jones and his entire staff were extremely kind and helpful. The entire facility was very clean. Each person I spoke to explained their responsibilities and made sure I was comfortable.
