It is refreshing to speak to an honest and frank doctor. I went to Arizona pain 10 yrs ago and never had a conversation with the doctor. You can tell doctor Syed cares and explains everything! I am so happy my personal doctor recommended him. My personal thanks!

When I got to the operating theater, Dr. Syed and his team were going to put the injections in the wrong part of my back – – the neck versus L5 C one or the lower part. I had to convince them that that was wrong. I don’t think that should be allowed to take place. They indicated that I had signed off on that but the consumer the customer the patient doesn’t know these terms And your system needs to be fixed

I loved his and his team's almost unique combination of quiet efficiency and the human touch. It was a perfect medical experience, balancing the industrial efficiency with a perfect 5 star bed side manner.

In my 85 years on this earth I don’t think I’ve ever had a worse experience. They seem to have been more concerned with staying on time than they were with my comfort and safety. I was given Frontenac for pain. They knew I was on oxygen yet they were unprepared to use an alternative pain medication when my blood oxygen dropped. There was no Anestheseologist. I wasn’t even on the table properly before they started. I told the nurse (?) 3 times I was allergic to adhesive tape. I was told they didn’t have paper tape. I broke out in an itchy rash All in all it was a disaster for me and I’m still in pain.
