Was really pleased with the dr. She was helpful and professional. But not so much with Regal I waited 4 1/2 months to get this appointment. Only to find out that my macular degeneration has worsened and I need to so see a retina specialist before my treatment can move forward. And guess what all the retina specialists are booked up solid . I can’t even get an appointment with one, I think Regal is just waiting until I go blind then they won’t have to deal with me.

Dr Ong were very busy attending to her volumes of patients and I don’t mind waiting for my turn inspite of appointment time. I respect Dr Ong and give her my confidence helping me in resolving my eye problems. Thank you Dr. O. Ong.

My doctor is great. It is your organizational structure and higher admin. structures that have completely lost sught of patient needs. You have many older patients who are not tech savvy and dont own smartphones. It is impossible to communicate with your offices or to schedule appts. Or to cancel them. You are set up to prevent patients from speaking with staff. New admin. needs to look at it's own flaws, correct them, and let your fine medical staff carry on with providing high level patient care.

Dr. Ong is very professional when you finally talk with her during the appointment. However, I had to wait for well over an hour (after my appointment schedule) which is not acceptable
