Very welcoming and attentive to my issue and questions. Listened extremely carefully. Clearly explained my X-rays results and diagnosis. Asked if I was happy with what I heard because he sensed my response was questioning. He then suggested options including a referral to an associate with focus on the back and prescribed medication. He is an A+ practitioner.

Disinterested, did not do thorough exam of my knee or ask me anything about myself before prescribing a prescription medication that is not safe to take while nursing. Told me my knee want swollen without comparing my knees or even looking at it - only examined over pants. Dismissed and minimized my concerns and I left feeling terrible about the experience

Great support, communication. Gotta love that cortisone, at least until it won’t work anymore. But PBO will be where the replacement gets done for sure.

He listened and was very thoughtful addressing my concerns which is uncommon for an orthopedic surgeon. He explained things, gave me options and was willing to work with me on my functional goals. I look forward to working with him going forward

I thought this provider was very dismissive of my issues. He lacked empathy.
