A new doctor to me. Wore no mask into exam room and gave me a handshake and then continued to stand less than two feet away from me in an office where all patients must wear masks. When I expressed concern about this behavior because lots of Omicron is around and I have an at-risk person in my household, his dismissive response was to say it was ok because I was wearing a mask. No effort to distance himself from me or explain his lack of a mask. BTW cardio tech also had no mask. I concluded he is too poor at listening to patients’ concerns (even if he may be a competent cardiologist) to want to keep him as my doctor.

WE had an excellent appointment with dr Bennett my only complaint is having to refile all the same information every time that you go there. If there is a change I will tell you

He is just so kind and understanding and he tells it like it is. I am just so blest to have him as my doctor!!!

Dr. Bennett was very personable, made feel at ease for 2 tests I had to do. Very caring in listening to me about my questions. Took his time to make sure I understood everything. Was very prompt on teledoc call. Explained everything in detail. I also have to say Dr.Bennetts office staff are very very good about answering phones , keeping you informed about your appointments, and e-mails.

Dr Bennett is excellent. Been seeing him for years. But I do not know what has happened to your staff. Calling in to speak with a nurse is impossible and prescriptions as well. It is a shame the staff isn’t more dedicated to your patients.
