She friendly and thorough. I highly recommend.
Did not fill rx needing additional authorization as it is a controlled substance, didn't seem concerned about ear problem and did not speak or understand English very well. The office was chaotic and exam room I was sent to for virtual appointment was dirty and exam table paper was used , as nodoctor in the office, I felt I was hearded in and out without the care and attention I deserve. The ontake nurse voiced her judgment on meds that she felt I didn't need. I will be finding more professional care.
