I broke a bone in my hand on a Friday and on that next Monday Dr Thompson did his evaluation. Same week that Thursday I had surgery. Surgery turned out good it was about a 3 to 4 month full recovery period and him and his staff made sure I was taking care of. Wish I could add more stars for the process.

I was very satisfied with my experience with Dr. Thompson. He was very nice, professional & took time to explain everything to me.

Fiest time to meet him for my thumb . first of all no waiting time at all he was in my room as soon as the nurse walked.. I tend to get very anxious waiting. He explained what he thought and gave me the same report as my referring ortho dr.. and agreed with treatment but he also addressed the option of surgery. Agreed with what i was doing to avoid surgery and addressed my injection site i have been asking about to others. He was very thorough and informative and if or when i decided the pain was too bad he would be glad to look at surger. I have decided to wait until that day comes.

He just seemed rather dismissive of my concerns. I also didn't appreciate him not asking me if it was ok if the resident could sit in on my visit.

I didn’t feel rushed. He took time to explain things to me and he was very helpful and put me at ease about what I need to do.

Love Dr. Thompson!!! I did have to wait over two hours after my appointment time. I just think Campbells can do better than that. If Doctors are backed up, reschedule or give a courtesy call. I don't think anyone would be annoyed at the truth. In my profession if I were to make someone wait over two hours especially after an assigned time I would be fired. It's just extremely inconvenient to take off early from work, lose pay, to sit and wait. But on a positive, Thanks for fixing my arm doctor T!

The surgeons are generally great! The staff is horrible. Dont over book patients so much so that we feel like we are just a number.

Dr. Thompson has never taken my reports of severe pain seriously in the 3 years I’ve been his patient.
