He didn’t read my MRI report before he came to talk to me. Didn’t do any research to my prior injuries which are on record. He came in and gave me generic information, nothing catered to my specific injury. He made me feel like a transaction vs. him genuinely caring about the patient.
He told me the report wouldn’t print but after the appointment he had copies available for me?
He really seemed unprepared for the appointment.
