Unfortunately, I was unable to see this physician because he left the office while I was still waiting in the lobby. The check-in line was quite long, and no one at the front desk was aware that the physician had left for the day or communicated this to the patients who were waiting.
I understand that unexpected circumstances can occur, but the lack of communication and organization was extremely disappointing. I believe patients deserve to be informed promptly about any changes that may affect their appointment. Overall, this experience felt very unprofessional and could have been handled much better.

Takes his time and focuses on the patient in front of him. Explains all options with risks, benefits, and predictive value of success. Is not focused on needlessly generating billing for invasive procedures. Is amazing about providing resources (home PT, stretching, ergonomics to improve posture, etc). All in all, a really great example of a comprehensive & holistic approach for spinal disc injuries as opposed to the typical orthopedic surgical "one size fits none" approach.

Great patient skills: answered questions, fully explained my problem and offered several solutions. Good “bedside” manner.

He seeks to optimize his patients’ quality of life by reducing their pain, improving their function and helping them to achieve their clinical goals. He treats the spectrum of musculoskeletal conditions with experience across a diverse patient population, some of whom include collegiate, NFL and NBA athletes.
His research work, which he has presented both nationally and internationally, has been awarded top clinical abstract recognition by the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the Spine Intervention Society, and the American Society of Regional Anesthesia.
Fun Fact: Dr. Gall played NCAA Division 1 Football at Iowa State University, once cycled across Europe and is a dad-joke connoisseur.
