I felt that Dr Gall failed to hold up his end of our agreed upon treatment plan. I feel that both he and his team took the bare minimum efforts in trying to provide my care. I had do complete all of the scheduling of the MRI and the follow up appointment to get a procedure that was required for me to take a mandatory business trip. At no point did the Dr or his staff ever follow up, check to see if they had everything that was needed. Having been in his office a week prior, they knew what insurance I had and any necessary pre authorization requirements. They did nothing. I walked in today thinking I was getting a procedure and walked out knowing I would never return. Best part was I got to pay my out of pocket copay to be told nothing was going to happen.
