I’ve been seeing Dr. Gupta and Dr. Wilson weekly—now bi-weekly—for 3 months. My vitreous hemorrhage and retinal detachment were completely unexpected and terrifying and required 2 surgeries back to back. The doctors were always so calm and took the time to explain everything and answered my hundreds of questions and what ifs.

Chairs and equipment that patient's face touches s/b wiped down and exam room sprayed with Microban after each patient. This was not done on my visit. I was takenin as soon as previous patient came out. They had me standing in the hall waiting for him to exit.

Safe is friendly but not a single person introduced themselves and the wait was really long. Moved room to room and there about an hour and 15 minutes and less than 15 minutes of that was getting my eyes checked.

My eye is extra sensitive to the EYLEA injection. He numbs it more than usual and uses an alternate site for the needle. Went out of his way to ensure I'm as comfortable as possible. He is the best!
