This is my second round of gel injections. She is always concerned how uiu feel and gentle with the syringe.

When I asked questions she said she would answer them later. When she asked me questions I answered them immediately. I would have like the same courtesy.

Dr. Patel-Hinkle was very clear and informative with both myself and my 11yo daughter during her appointment. I appreciate her walking us through the xray, treatment plan and follow ups. We were in and out in 1 hour - including paperwork, x-rays, evaluation and cast. Excellent system!

I felt like I needed to be extra proactive in terms of asking about self care. With an injury, one doesn't know the best exercises to do, I had to ask for PT to learn about the best way to progress considering my shoulder issue. I think she could have been much more aggressive about the best way for me to heal. She wasn't too helpful in that regard. And, she said someone would call me to schedule pt within 2 weeks. REALLY??? 2 WEEKS. Not acceptable. PT should start immediately to get patients on the right track.

She told me as soon as she walked in that she couldn’t help me because I already had surgery. She made up her mind that she couldn’t snd wouldn’t and made me feel very uncomfortable. She was condescending and questioned whether I was really in pain.

I didn't feel heard. Like most doctors these days, I feel like the appointment was rushed. She dismissed so much of what I said. She explained things to me like I was child and didn't ask anything about myself.

It truly bothers me when the providers is so busy typing on the computer & not giving her patient the time she deserves. I've been in severe pain & have been very concerned about my fractures. Nobody says good morning, hello, have a nice day. Very poor customer service. I've worked in healthcare for over 45 years & this isn't how I treat my patients!!

If you have a bleeding disorder or in need of hip care for postpartum, no matter what stage. I wouldn’t recommend coming here for a couple of reasons. When I showed up at the office it was very obvious that combination of holiday and friday fever was in the air. Childcare is extremely difficult and expensive in our current pandemic world, so I appreciate how fast they moved but it really bothered me, that when I did finally see the doctor. She didn’t care about the other measures I was taking in my postpartum care to address/correct any issues with my hips for the past 6 months before I finally had to go see someone, because of a substantial injury that occurred while hiking. She didn’t care what my physical therapist had to say or how long I had been seeing her to strengthen my hip muscles or why I went to see a hematologist about this first. She was extremely kind enough to consider refilling an old prescription. I really appreciated that but deeply regretted it immediately.

Attitude problem, I am new to this adult thing and I didn’t understand what was done for a mri and she didn’t care to explain and I felt as if she was in a rush to get me out of there.

I don't doubt the doctor's knowledge or experience, but she did not have a very good bedside manner and seemed rather unconcerned with my pain. Maybe it's because I'm young, but it just felt... odd. She sighed during her consult with me and I felt rushed. Hopefully it was just a fluke, but so far I'm unimpressed.
