Very happy with the core institute and especially Dr Nina Patel. The Tenex procedure has been great for both my husband and myself . Minimally invasive and easier recovery is what we were hoping for and are pleased so far!

Horrible experience…dr don’t know how to show empathy to her pts. Refused to provide care cause I couldn’t set on the table. Refused to get a chair or a little stool to get up on the bed. Decided to transfer me to another place to get shoulder injection. I will never forget how I got treated. She easily wanted to replace my shoulder as it’s an easy fix, not a huge surgery and my situation mold to moderate according to her and not severe. I truly can’t believe she isa doctor at the core institute

Suggestions for patient improvement: smile, show empathy, explain what is going on when moving a limb beyond pain tolerance, add more specific exam notes to the patient chart in addition to the referral to another doctor. Directness of action plan given was appreciated.
