Dr. Chowdhuri’s professional interests include diagnosis and treatment of complex heart arrhythmias like atrial fibrillation (AFib), supraventricular tachycardias (SVTs) with antiarrhythmic medications as well as different ablation procedures, slow heart rhythms and heart failure with pacemakers and specialized devices like defibrillators (ICD) and resynchronization devices (CRT). He employs newer technology like Conduction System Pacing (CSP) and Left Atrial Appendage Occlusion (LAAO) devices to benefit his patients. I visited with Dr. Chaudhry‘s nurse Amanda. She is the most polite, kind, professional, likable person. She has always treated me with thoughtfulness. She’ll listen to what you need to say and asks afterwards if there is any questions that you need to ask her.
Dr Chowdhuri provided a careful & thorough explanation of the Watchman device. He wanted to make sure I will be making an informed decision to proceed with this surgery. He is a friendly and very considerate physician.
