Dr. Emani provided excellent professional medical service! She was instrumental in training P.A. in ear cleaning while working on me. My ears are clean and feels amazing!
Rude, if you are going to the doctor is because you see that something is wrong. Not to be made to feel as though you are a bother.
The first few times I visited the office I saw the PA. She was nice and very personalable. I never saw DR Emani until my 3rd visit. She didn't introduce herself and seemed confused about why I was there. The visit felt rushed so I was not comfortable asking my questions. I want to believe it was an off day so I'll give her 3 stars.
Excellent knowledge
Indifference
My 1st visit. The staff as well as Dr. Emani displayed great customer service. They were all very courteous, knowledgeable, and caring towards my needs.
Did not introduce herself. Went straight into reading chart while talking.Did not explain what she was going to do as she put endoscope into nostril. Very disappointed for a first time patient.
We felt very rushed. I don’t believe she gave us the exact diagnosis for our son. She has a very bland table side manor
Very good visit. She checked my ears nose & throat.
She is very good. I do believe that when you do pre-op for surgery it should include more than just listening to heart and lungs though.
