Did not introduce herself. Went straight into reading chart while talking.Did not explain what she was going to do as she put endoscope into nostril. Very disappointed for a first time patient.

We felt very rushed. I don’t believe she gave us the exact diagnosis for our son. She has a very bland table side manor

Very good visit. She checked my ears nose & throat.

She is very good. I do believe that when you do pre-op for surgery it should include more than just listening to heart and lungs though.

She was absolutley amazing!! My son had tubes and she was an absolute wonder to work with!!!!

My 16 yr old daughter has a visit with Dr. Emani for bilateral ear infections on 12/22/23 and it was one of the worst visits that I have ever had in healthcare. Dr. Emani entered the room very upset, informing us that she had three or four patients that day that were clearly not ENT patients, but needed to see a PCP. She also went on a rant about employees, not showing up to work and being unreliable. She finally ended the visit by saying she didn’t think that customer service was important, And that it’s not always about the customers. She clearly was having a terrible day, which had absolutely nothing to do with me, or my sick daughter. As a healthcare provider myself, I cannot imagine treating any of my patients this way.

Dr. Emani on my first visit made me feel so comfortable and relaxed with the way she shows so much compassion for what she does.

She is very helpful and attentive to our updates on my allergies and provides the best explanation so that I can understand what paths to take regarding my allergies

Kind, thorough effective treatment

Bad bedside manner. Not personable and seemed to care more about herself and career than me as a person. Horrible at explaining issues and just no compassion what so ever.

Dr. Emani provided a thorough assessment and comprehensive explanation of her findings . She spent the necessary amount of time to ensure I understood my options. I highly recommend her.

Clinically, she is awesome, but her staff didn’t send a much needed prescription.

Her bedside manner needs a little tweaking. My thoughts were she was a little unfriendly, and hurried. But she knew her stuff. She can be a little unfriendly and hurried as long as she knows her stuff. I want a compatent Dr. Versus one after a personality award.

I respected her assessment of my situation. She was informative and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. She’s amazing, totally liked her

Really thorough! Extremely knowledgeable and explains in a manner that’s easily understood. There was an emergency in my family the day before the appointment so I arrived 20 minutes late. Dr. Emani and her staff still agreed to see my son. They will never know how much this helped me on a day when all seemed lost.

Dr. Emani, spent a generous amount of time with me. She was gentle when examining my throat and sinuses. She was detailed in her explanation but made it easy to understand. I would not hesitate to visit her in the future.

Seemed like a good dr. Talked very fast and brand new Pt appt was less than 5 minutes. Did not take much of a history.

My appt was with Dr Imani but I didn't see her at all . Her Pa was the one who saw me so my questions that I had was the one that didn't satisfy me 100%.

Dr. Emani is always very through with my two year old son, even when he makes it clear he isn’t happy to be there. She always makes sure our questions are answered and we have a clear understanding of procedures. Highly recommended.

I haven’t had the best experience with her. I asked about a step down process for my son who has been doing shots since 2019 and some guidance on how to implement the process and she got upset and said I was basically on my own. I believe that to be unprofessional. She hasn’t seemed very nice from the moment we met. I am giving the shots weekly and needed guidance on the every other week process and was told I am on my own. I now have a call in to the allergy center to inquire about the process.
