Dr. Emani is clearly very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, her bedside manner and communication are poor. The appointment felt rushed, and she made it difficult for me to feel heard or feel comfortable asking more questions. I would have appreciated more patience and understanding.
Dr. Emani is kind and helpful. She explained everything very well and answered all my questions in a way that I was able to easily understand.
Was not impressed with the provider’s bedside manners. After having to wait to be seen then having an unpleasant experience with the provider this was a disappointing experience. I will not be returning.

Explanation was very clear.
Dr. Emani was not very warm and welcoming. My daughter has down syndrome and I thought her bed side manners were unwelcoming. She gave the impression that she didn’t want to touch or service my daughter . The visit was unsuccessful due to my daughter’s small ear canals and the removal of ear wax . I understand that my daughter’s ear’s had too much wax for removal at the time . However , I felt Dr. Emani did not want to service my daughter fully. I will not return to SCENT . This was last visit.
Fully professional attitude from Dr Emani. She was proactive, listening to issues then taking action to determine a cure.
