Dr. Emani has a good bedside manner. She was very thorough and listened to what I had to say as well as letting me decide on my treatment from the options given.

Dr. Emani was not very warm and welcoming. My daughter has down syndrome and I thought her bed side manners were unwelcoming. She gave the impression that she didn’t want to touch or service my daughter . The visit was unsuccessful due to my daughter’s small ear canals and the removal of ear wax . I understand that my daughter’s ear’s had too much wax for removal at the time . However , I felt Dr. Emani did not want to service my daughter fully. I will not return to SCENT . This was last visit.

Her team member was uncomfortable with cleaning out my left ear all because the wax was too far in. Unexceptionable.
