Dr. Niki Iranmanesh, D.P.M., is a board-trained podiatric physician with specialized expertise in diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of foot and ankle conditions. She provides both conservative and surgical solutions tailored to each patient’s needs, combining clinical skill with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
Dr. Iranmanesh earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona and her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Barry University in Miami, Florida. She then completed her residency at Ascension Providence Hospital (now Henry Ford Providence), where she developed advanced skills in complex wound care, diabetic limb salvage, and reconstructive surgery of the forefoot, rearfoot, and ankle. Her training emphasized elective forefoot procedures, wound care, limb salvage, and sports medicine, equipping her to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care.
Outside of her medical practice, Dr. Iranmanesh enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, baking, running, and staying active through exercise. She values a balanced lifestyle and brings the same dedication, focus, and attention to detail to her personal life as she does to caring for her patients.
