Glaucoma can gradually damage your vision so you may not notice any loss of vision until the disease is at an advanced stage.
office procedure is not good. Long waits before you get into see Doctor.
Explained everything and was very professional and well informed.
Dr. Priest-Allen was very professional and her explanations were very clear. I felt very comfortable and informed during my appointment. Her assistant was extremely helpful as well.
Dr. Priest was great! But the cataract cost concierge thing was like going to a timeshare sales presentation! If you want this life changing surgery done, even though you have insurance, to get the best lens your upgrade is going to cost $6k! I mean come on, what good is insurance anyway & don't make me feel like your trying to sell me snake oil!
She is professional and sight saving but one slight comment/recommendation: she always seemed rushed. Slow down!
Very informative, answered all of my questions, pleasant conversation
Too casual, concerning my eyes. No discussion on progress of my glicoma disease.
I just felt her presentation was too fast. It could be that some of the terms she used was simple to her but to me, I had to think about it before I could answer her questions. This is not a critique of her medical ability.
Dr. Priest Allen is very good, but I didn't like the fact that her Assistant lied about my prescription not being good because it was a year old and she told me that I needed the Refraction done to get a new one. I told Nilda that the prescription is good for another year. I feel that your offices really push the Refraction (this is not the first time) on the elderly and it makes me mad because the elderly have to pay for it since insurance doesn't cover it. It made me wonder if your employees have a Quota on getting patients to do the Refraction because sometimes, it's just all about the money.
She is the kind of light a patient needs when a Dr walks in the room!! Integrity and respectful.
