It was my first time seeing Dr.Topilow.i had a small growth removed above my eyelid. I was impressed with her genuine smile, and expertise skill. She explained the procedure as she went in a very calm, soothing voice. It was done in no time. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Topilow completed an internal medicine internship at Mount Sinai West / St. Luke’s Hospital in New York, followed by her ophthalmology residency training at the #1 ranked Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami, Florida.
Dr. Topilow also completed a two-year ASOPRS-accredited ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery fellowship at the prestigious University of California San Diego, Shiley Eye Institute. She has presented her research at national meetings and has authored textbook chapters and several peer-reviewed publications.
While a native of New York City, Dr. Topilow settled her family in San Diego after falling in love with the area during her fellowship. She enjoys hiking, playing beach volleyball, cooking, and spending time with her husband and their baby girl. Dr. Topilow also speaks Spanish.
