Nicole Therrien, M.D.

Dr. Nicole Therrien, M.D. is a board-certified dermatopathologist specializing in diagnosing both benign and malignant disorders of the skin under a microscope. After four years at the University of California San Francisco, where she completed her anatomic- and clinical pathology residency, she completed fellowships in surgical pathology at the University of Colorado and dermatopathology at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.Dr. Therrien brings a wealth of experience and training from some of the top-tier academic hospitals in the United States, having conducted research in the fields of soft tissue and adnexal neoplasms.

Dr. Therrien has presented at the annual meetings of such prestigious groups as the American Society of Dermatopathology, the International Society of Dermatopathology, and the United States and Canadian Academy of Pathology.A native of northwest Montana, Dr. Therrien enjoys spending time on the lake, cheering for the San Francisco Giants (though she can be found rooting for the Twins at Target Field throughout the summer), trying new restaurants, drinking craft beer, and attending all sorts of live-music events with her husband, Jon.
