Nicole joined Richmond Pediatrics in August of 2024. She graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Minors in Chemistry and Psychology. Dr. Minor graduated from medical school with Honors from Edward Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Blacksburg, Virginia. She then completed her residency training in Pediatrics at Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters in Norfolk, Virginia. Dr. Minor is especially interested in newborn care and behavioral health.

She was outstanding throughout the visit. She took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, answered all of our questions with patience, and made sure we understood the next steps. She communicated exceptionally well with my son, making him feel comfortable and engaged during the appointment. Her caring, professional, and compassionate approach made for a very positive experience. We truly appreciated the time and attention she gave us and would highly recommend her.
