Things could have been explained better. I think it is overkill for this to have been my fourth appointment and I had to scan in my drivers license, my insurance card, and then run my credit card. They Toilet paper dispenser in the bathroom was broken, which made it very difficult to give a urine sample

I will not be recommending Dr. Massie to anyone. This was a waste of time and money. I’ve never felt so “in the way” and “rushed”. I got no sort of exam, wasn’t even asked basic questions, and was put off to get procedures done that I’ve already had done. I am extremely understanding, this was just a BIG waste of time.

I went to Dr. Massie believing that I needed an invasive treatment for my problem. Dr. Massie listened to my concerns, explained the options in an easy-to-understand way, and suggested several non-invasive treatments to try first.

Staff never introduced themselves. The office setting and exam room is about as unwelcoming as it comes. No pictures on the wall. No pleasant music or photos.

Very hasty, did not explain anything. I have been through two months of testing and she does a bladder exam, says everything is good and leaves. No info on the procedure or how I would feel after the numbing. Worst doctor I have seen in many years.

should not have to wait for 5 days for a uti treatment. most dr use a dip stick to confirm a uti then start you on a antibiotic. not wait for a culture to come back. the uti gets worse while waiting on the culture. not happy with the quality of her treatment
