I don't feel like she was interested in my main concern, she made comments about my weight and anesthesia, for my body frame and height my weight is not a priority

Staff never introduced themselves. The office setting and exam room is about as unwelcoming as it comes. No pictures on the wall. No pleasant music or photos.

Explained everything completely regarding procedure and findings which she showed me on the monitor.

Very hasty, did not explain anything. I have been through two months of testing and she does a bladder exam, says everything is good and leaves. No info on the procedure or how I would feel after the numbing. Worst doctor I have seen in many years.

should not have to wait for 5 days for a uti treatment. most dr use a dip stick to confirm a uti then start you on a antibiotic. not wait for a culture to come back. the uti gets worse while waiting on the culture. not happy with the quality of her treatment
