She completed her residency at McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University in Chicago and her rheumatology fellowship at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, DC.
Dr. Kieffer is a board-certified rheumatologist treating a variety of rheumatic conditions including rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, peripheral and axial spondylarthritis, reactive arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease associated arthritis, gout, pseudogout/chondrocalcinosis, systemic lupus erythematosus, connective tissue disease, Sjogren’s syndrome, scleroderma, dermatomyositis, polymyositis, temporal arteritis, polymyalgia rheumatica, vasculitis, and osteoporosis, among others. Dr. Kieffer is committed to continuous learning and staying up to date on the latest advancements in rheumatology to provide the most contemporary care for her patients.

She was very patient and listened to me/ I didn’t feel rushed
Thoughtful, thorough and listened to me.
She listened to everything i said didn't make me feel rushed did a good exam. The nurse and try tech was also very good in making me feel comfortable

I felt very judged and as though this doctor felt I was inconveniencing her by being there. Also felt that she thought I was uneducated by the lack of empathy and her demeanor. Would never return. Even if any my tests are abnormal, I would choose another doctor to manage them. As a physician myself, I am extremely disappointed.
